The K7 series fan is a product developed specifically based on the characteristics of internal combustion engines, and is further developed from the WingFan K6Z series fan that has been successfully put into use. Due to the unique design of the new blade shape, the blade gradually widens from the root to the top, ensuring higher efficiency of the arc-shaped blade. This is because the area with the largest blade area is where the circumferential velocity at the top of the blade is the fastest. At the same time, due to the obstruction of airflow by the engine, the airflow area is almost only concentrated at the top of the blades. The large area of the blade top is equipped with the highest circumferential speed of the blade top, which can generate greater air volume and higher efficiency. Blade
This series of blades has a Z-shaped blade root (patent number 2439767), which has become the current international standard for blade roots of the same type.Increasing arc blade K6/K7 is suitable for narrow space with thin thickness. It produces bigger air volume for surrounding area than for middle area, thus avoid blow block blind area. This series of blades has a total of 8 twist angles to choose from between 20 ° and 37.5 °, and each blade can be installed at different angles on a Z-shaped fan. The blades are all injection molded using high-tech materials, and the products have the following characteristics due to the use of this material:

The Z series fan is specially designed for use with the root of the Z-shaped blade, with a total of 6 different models available for selection from 5 to 16 chambers. This series of fan blades are manufactured using die-casting aluminum technology, thus possessing characteristics such as corrosion resistance and high strength.
The Z-series fan can also be equipped with blades less than the maximum number of blades. For example, a maximum of 12 blades can be inserted into a 12 blade fan, but only 6 blades can be inserted. The remaining 6 blades can be inserted into special inserts in the root space. When ordering a fan, the order model representing the number of blades and the size of the fan blade will also be changed from 12-12 to 6-12 accordingly.

 

We offer a wide range of bushings to meet the needs of a wide range of fan connections. For fans driven by hydraulic motors, the coupling shaft (conical or cylindrical) is generally small in size. We can provide forging and casting. Heat treated bushing.
The bushing diameter, the key and the optional
